As a mom about to embark on the journey of packing my child’s lunch for school, I realized that I needed all the help that I could get. How many versions of peanut butter or plain bologna sandwiches could I get away with packing in a week? Probably 2 or 3 because my creativity is lacking. So, I reached out to some of my favorite bloggers to see what kind of lunchbox ideas for kids that they had been writing about. I’d like to say that Harper will thank me for my research, but we all know the dynamic eating game kids play.
I was excited to see that many of them had incorporated sandwich-less lunch ideas, so I decided to do a roundup of some of my favorite ideas. I’ve included some main lunch dishes and snacks that would be great additions to the lunchbox any day of the week!
